One of BHW Solicitors’ major developer partners, Davidsons Homes, achieved a staggering turnover last year. The recently filed accounts show that the Leicester based developer earned £86.6million turnover last year – an impressive increase from the already notable £59.8million turnover Davidsons reached during the year ending 31st December 2014.
The increase in turnover is one sign that the housing market is improving, and this can be seen in the increased numbers of properties Davidsons Homes sold during 2015 (280, compared to 253 in 2014).
This is good news for Davidsons Homes and the developer’s shareholders, but also suggests a positive step for the UK property market and house purchasers all over.
